•Perfect for beginners, this instructional workshop focuses on learning the fundamentals of Pilates technique and basic reformer exercises as well as learning the nomenclature of the Pilates reformer apparatus.
•The goal of this workshop is to empower you to feel comfortable taking aPilates reformer group class.
