Easter Egg Hunt at the Porter County Expo Center
The MOMS Club of Valparaiso is hosting a Community Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 23 at 10:00 am at the Porter County Expo Center at Highway 49 and Division Road in Valparaiso. The event is free and open to all Porter County children ages 0 – 12 years old. The event will feature a bake sale and raffle, as well as free photos with the Easter Bunny and “Super Prize Eggs” included in the hunt.

Easter Fun at Woodland Park
Celebrate Easter with the Portage Kiwanis Club's Breakfast with the Easter Bunny on Saturday, April 23, 2011. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in the Oakwood Grand Hall at Woodland Park. Also, take your picture with the Easter Bunny for free!

Celebrate Easter Services at a Local Church
There are many great churches in the Valparaiso area hosting Easter services this Sunday, including GracePoint, Calvary, St. Teresa of Avila, and BridgePoint, among many others. Celebrate the meaning behind the reason for the Easter holiday!

The community is invited to attend an Early Childhood Parenting class as part of Valparaiso Mayor Jon Costas’ Substance Abuse Prevention Initiative. The 6-week class will be held at the Valparaiso YMCA on Saturdays, beginning April 23.
