In Valparaiso, we saw a gymnastics dynasty notch another state championship to their already impressive list, math, spelling and science teams from Northview Elementary pull a statewide sweep, great, new shows come to the Memorial Opera House, an appearance by Craig Culver, founder of the Culver’s restaurant chain, in Valparaiso and new leadership formed at the local Boys and Girls Club.
With 2014 off to a positive-fueled start, the final three-quarters of the year promise to only bring more and more good news to Valpo and the region.
