1st Source Bank Offers Community Leadership Award

Do you have an employee who is a great volunteer leader?

Nominate them for the 18th annual Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award so we can both recognize their good works.

The Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award has been established by 1st Source Bank to honor and encourage leadership in volunteerism through the businesses in our community. The award recognizes Ernestine M. Raclin, Chairman Emeritus of 1st Source, who strongly demonstrated the spirit of volunteerism throughout her career by giving of her time and talents to help others.

To nominate an employee...

Select a nominee for their volunteer leadership in arts and education, social and human services, or economic development. Nominees must be employed by business clients of 1st Source Bank and be nominated by the company owner, president, CEO, or similar senior officer.

Attributes such as personal leadership, commitment, time spent, creativity, success of projects, dedication and impact on the community will be taken into account during the judging.

Complete the application in as descriptive a way as possible.

Submit your nomination by 5:00 p.m. on April 29, 2016.

As many as ten employees of locally owned companies who are business clients of 1st Source Bank will be selected by a blue-ribbon panel of community leaders from the 1st Source market area.

Award recipients will be presented a globe of leadership, a $1,000 personal cash award and a $1,000 award donated to the local charity of their choice. The awards will be presented at a luncheon hosted by 1st Source Bank. We cordially invite the business nominators of all award recipients to also attend the lunch and join us in honoring these winners.

In addition to honoring the award recipients, all award nominees will be recognized with a formal certificate presented by their employer and a 1st Source Banker.

Thank you for your time and cooperation in helping us recognize those who go above and beyond in volunteering their talents to help others.
