2014 Mudathlon Training Program

rotDThis FUN, family friendly program is designed for runners of all abilities! No prior running experience required.

CALL OUT MEETINGS MAY 22 AND 29 at 6PM
Program begins June 2 and runs through race day on Sat., July 19.

Group training runs on Monday evening at 6pm and Thursday at 6pm. Thursday runs include strength and obstacle training. Runs start and end at EXMI.

PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES:

  • Race Registration and Entry Fee AND GUARANTEED 8:15 Wave Start
  • Entry into ONE MILE Challenge Race on July 10
  • Certified Personal Trainer to lead Movement Based Obstacle practice
  • Complimentary Gait Analysis at EXMI
  • RRCA Certified Coaches to lead your group runs
  • Tech Shirt for Race Day
  • Fun, Festive and Informative events after each Thursday group run

MUDATHLON PROGRAM EVENTS

We guarantee FUN for our Mudathlon Program! In addition to RRCA certified running coaches and a certified trainer from Integrated Movement to get you in great shape for the race, we have the following planned to keep you laughing and smiling along the way:

  • Week One: CUPCAKE Run
  • Week Two: Father's Day BEER Run (rootbeer fo r the kids!)
  • Week Three: Summer Solstice Ice Cream Run
  • Week Four: Red, White and Blue Run
  • Week Five: Celebration Run, Party in the Parking Lot and One Mile Challenge
  • Week Six: Root Beer Float Run

Our team will support Porter County Special Olympics and a portion of race registration for both One Mile Challenge and Mudathlon will benefit the charity.
