About Kent’s Run 5K
Kent's Run 5K was established in 2008 to honor the life of Kent Ribordy, a Boone Grove High School student-athlete who passed away after a battle with leukemia. Kent was a resident of LaPorte, Indiana, before moving to the Valparaiso (Porter Township) area. All proceeds raised during this event benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
