Sign up for Baseball and Softball skills clinics taking place in January with Valpo Parks. Players from the PNC Baseball teams & volunteer coaches from Valpo Parks will help instruct the one and a half hour Sunday sessions on January 12, 19 and 26. Softball camp is instructed by Valparaiso University Softball team players. Each session reinforces the fundamentals of the game. Baseball meets 4:00 -5:30 PM and softball meets 6:00-7:30 PM. Price is $15/27 per camp. If the youth is already registered for the corresponding Valpo Parks 2014 program, there is no cost. Registration for Baseball and Softball Skills Camps ends on January 10.
There is also a Youth Soccer Skills camp offered in segments for 3 to 6 year olds, or for 7 to 12 year olds, taught by Valparaiso University Soccer team members. The one-hour camps take place on Sundays, February 2, 9, 16 and 23 from 3:30 to 4:30 PM (3 to 6 year olds) and 4:30 to 5:30 PM (7 to 12 year olds). Price is $15/27 per camp. If the youth is already registered for a Valpo Parks 2014 youth soccer program, there is no cost. Youth Soccer Skills Camp registration ends on January 24.
