The Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County, South Haven Unit, located at 723 Long Run Road in Valparaiso, 
will be hosting the annual “Battle of the Badges” basketball tournament on May 5th & 6th at 6:00 p.m. The Porter County Sheriff’s Department will try to defend their title against the South Haven Fire Department, Portage Police Department and Portage Fire Department.
Cost is $3.00 for adults and $1.00 for children. A concession stand will be available at 5:30 p.m. and throughout the entire tournament. The traveling trophy will be handed out to the winning team immediately after the completion of the championship game. All proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County.
