The B football team suffered it first loss of the season on Thursday afternoon, losing to Chesterton by a score of 38-20. After trailing 24-0 at halftime, the offense came alive and scored three touchdowns in the second half. Justin Osburn, Steve Massa, and Collin Vinyard each ran for touchdowns. Andrew Lehnen added a two point conversion on a pass from Jacob Gholston. Justin Osburn and Steve Massa led the rushing attack, rushing for 88 yards and 87 yards respectively.
Andrew Lehnen, Collin Vinyard, and Jacob Gholston also added positive yardage for a total of 267 rushing yards as a team. Jacob Gholston completed three passes on the night, two to Andrew Lehnen and one to Steve Massa. Defensive leaders were Steve Massa, Sean Curtis-Dewitt, Michael Girman, Steve Thurman, and Nathan Gayda. The B team record is 6-1.
