Bobby Finds his “Amazingly Perfect” Forever Home

bobby-3For those who follow Vale Park Animal Hospital on Facebook, you know all about Bobby the Greyhound. Bobby came to Vale Park in 2014 as a puppy with multiple health problems including diabetes and pancreatic issues.

Everyone at Vale Park quickly fell in love with him, and worked diligently to get Bobby healthy again so that he could be placed in his forever home. For about six months, Dr. Jerry Rodenbarger and his team monitored Bobby and gave him much needed TLC.

They may have even spoiled him a bit...

bobbyWhen it came time for Bobby to be placed with a family, everyone at Vale Park knew that he could not go with just any family. He needed a family who would love him unconditionally, spoil him, and be able to handle the extra responsibility of having a dog with special needs.

After searching high and low, being extra discerning about who got to be Bobby’s lucky family, Vale Park connected with the Cox Family, who is described in a Facebook post as “amazingly perfect”.

The Cox Family sends in pictures of Bobby, provides the team with updates, and lets everyone at Vale Park know when he will be coming in so people can be there to visit him.

Bobby is quite the lucky pup. He went from one great family at Vale Park to another in his forever home.
