Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana’s Duneland Club Offering Teen Travel Basketball League

Boys-and-Girls-Clubs-of-Greater-Northwest-Indiana Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana’s Duneland Club is offering a 2019 Teen Travel Basketball League. The league is open to all high school boys, freshmen to seniors.

Tryouts for the Teen Travel Basket Ball League is December 4 from 6 to 7:30 pm at the Duneland Club’s gymnasium. League season will begin January 22 and end March 9, 2019 with a single elimination tournament. To kick-off the season, the league will begin with a 3 on 3 tournament and social pizza party on January 19, 2019 from 9 am until 2 pm.

The Teen Travel League will compete with seven other Boys & Girls Clubs teams located through Lake and Porter Counties. All teams will play twice weekly. All games will be held during the week, Mondays through Thursdays with Fridays designated for any make-up games. Games will begin at 5:30 pm.

The Duneland Club’s Teen Travel League will have consistent practices at the Club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings when games are not scheduled. Teen Travel League participants must be registered members of the Club. Annual membership is $35 per person. League fees will apply.
