This weekend you have a great opportunity to invite a friend to meet the best worship team in the region. Our very first Calvary LIVE worship CD is being released right here this Sunday morning. And what are we doing to celebrate? You guessed. We are going to WORSHIP! We will be singing songs straight from the album. CDs will be available--and we are going to put a little extra coffee on and hang together. I'm right in the middle of sermon prep and God is already doing things in my life through the gospel of Mark. This week the most interesting man in the world reveals that he is Lord of the storm. Prepare to have your faith strengthened!
Our church is committed to helping people who are struggling financially all year long--but we usually try to do a little more during the holidays. Last year our church provided help to more than 100 people during the Christmas season. If you or someone you know in the Valparaiso community needs assistance, please contact Lori@calvaryweb.net. We want to help. Also, if you want to give to our Compassion Fund at any time we will make sure that someone in need receives help this year.

Women's Ministries
This year's Annual Christmas Lunch will be held on Saturday, 12.1 at 11a at Valparaiso University. Tickets can still be purchased in advance for $18 per person, this Sunday, 11.18. 2012 Youth Seminar Series - “Team Teen” is for parents, current youth volunteers, and anyone interested in serving in Student Ministries. The series continues on Sundays (11.18, 12.2, & 12.9) in the banquet room from 10:45a-12:00p.
Come one, Come all...to the 6th annual Turkey Bowl Sunday, 11.25 from 2:30-5p. Reliant and Connect guys and girls with their mom or dad are invited to play flag football and work off some of that Thanksgiving turkey! Meet in the yard behind Calvary Church.
