Discussion on Depression
This week's class will be a continuation from last week's discussion on medication. Because we focused on ADD last week, this week we will be focusing on a medical and biblical view of depression. Please join us this Sunday, 3.20 at 9:30a in room 300 as we hear part 3 of the discussion on the theological hot topic of mood altering medication from our panel. This class is designed to be interactive in nature, allowing much time for question and answer.
Evening of Prayer
Join the Calvary Church outreach team tonight, 3.16 from 6:30p-7:30p in Room 300, for an evening of prayer focusing on our outreach efforts in Africa. We will ask the Lord's blessing on the Mission Mitaboni project and we will be joined by John and Lois Mixon to pray for the work of Bethesda in South Africa.
Children's Ministry
Parents, children, and anyone else interested in summer camp are encouraged to come, ask questions, and learn what Twin Lakes Camp has to offer during Awana tonight, 3.16, from 7:15p-7:45p in the Well. The CHURCH
What does Jesus call his church to do? And, what does he expect from each of us as members of his church? This 5 week sermon series, beginning on 4.3, will be led by our Senior Pastor who will devote an entire sermon to each of the 5 Core Values that fuel our passion for God’s glory: Witness, Word, Worship, Walk (with friends) and Work.
Women's Bible Study
What is your purpose? God is always working in the affairs of His creation, even when we are unaware. This study shows us how Esther attained royalty to fulfill God's purpose in her life and the lives of His people. Can God use you for "such a time as this"?
