Last Sunday we gave an offering of $58,511.21 to the cause of “Spreading the Word throughout Northwest Indiana and the World.” Wow Calvary—I’m so proud of you guys! Every single penny will be given to the mission outside of the four walls of Calvary Church. We will be using these funds to save eternal souls right here in Northwest Indiana and to the farthest reaches of the globe. Get ready to hear the God-stories we will be sharing with you throughout the year on how our offering is being used to change lives!
I hope you have enjoyed the beautiful weather as much as I have. And as you enjoy it—remember to give praise to God for his creation. He truly is awesome and beautiful. If you are in Valpo enjoying the spring-break weather—you don’t want to miss the fantastic worship Kurt and team has planned for you along with our guest speaker (and my mentor) Pastor Knute Larson. Knute was the Senior Pastor of the 8,000 member Chapel in Akron, Ohio and presently serves as a leadership coach for younger pastors (like me!) He will bless you.

Easter Services
Local outreach is happening here at Calvary Easter weekend! Reach out to your friends in the community and invite them to join us for the Good Friday service on 4.6 at 5p or 7p and Easter Sunday service on 4.8 at 7:30a, 9a, or 10:45a. Help us make room for visitors in the 9a and 10:45a services by attending the 7:30a service. Hot coffee and Chuck's Bakery doughnuts will be ready at 7a for those joining us for the early Easter sunrise service!
Children's Ministries for Infants through Preschool will be available at the Good Friday Services as well as the 7:30a Sunday Easter Service. Full Children's Ministries will be running at the 9a and 10:45a Easter Services. Adult Electives
"Mission Possible" THIS Sunday, 3.25 is for anyone investigating, going on, or leading a short term mission project in partnership with Calvary in 2012-13 (domestically or internationally). In this class, Pastor Mark Lackey and Bill McClure will cover "best practices" and requirements for spiritual & physical preparation; team life, cultural preparation, finances & faith, debriefing, etc. Meet in room 300 at 9a.
