Calvary Link: “Bless the Lord Oh My Soul”

calvary-link-headerWell, summer is in full swing and so are all of the activities that go along with it. I trust that as you are busy with life this summer, you are finding God to be good and His presence to be sweet. Whether you have been on holidays relaxing, enjoying the outdoors, working hard, or all of the above, I hope that you are thanking Him for all His goodness and that you can truly say with the Psalmist, "bless the Lord oh my soul!" I am so excited to be back worshipping with you this week, and I thank you for your prayers as I traveled with Sevenglory to Maryland. We had the pleasure of working with Youth For Christ and seeing God do great things in the lives of many teens. We had a front row seat to watch Him transform lives! Also, continue to pray for our Mitaboni team as they prepare to finish their trip and return home. It is great to know that just as God is at work at Calvary Church, He is using our body to touch lives across this nation and around the world!

Please join with us in worship this week as Pastor Josh teaches from the book of Romans and we look at what the Gospel means for our lives. Is it just for our eternal security or does God intend us to be living more fully alive than ever before, through the power of His Spirit. Come this Sunday to find out! I am excited to worship with you and am expecting God to do great things!
