Calvary Link: Thank You Again!

calvary-link-headerLast Sunday morning two new families came up to me after the 8:15a service and said, "We heard Calvary was now offering an early service and we decided to come--and we loved it!" Because of your willingness to make this change for the Gospel, more worshippers are already coming! Thank you for getting up a little earlier (or sleeping in a little later) for the Gospel. Now let's pray for God to use us to fill all three services to overflowing!

This Sunday Knute Larson will be back with us again preaching the second sermon in this series of conflict stories in Mark's Gospel. Jesus is going to tell a story that will make the religious people so mad they will look for a way to kill Him. And there is an important lesson in the story for us. Kurt and the band are ready to lead us in worship--and call us to follow--not reject--the Christ. I hope you have enjoyed the new song we have been singing--Christ is Enough (Hillsong). We're gonna sing it again.

Check out all the ways below to enjoy God together here at Calvary this fall.

For Your Joy,

Lionel

PS. I hope you are enjoying the Daily Devos. Considering inviting a friend to join you on the daily journey through the word.
