Calvary Link: The Season for Giving

Calvary-Link-ChristmasI love being part of a church that gives all year long. We have truly experienced God’s blessings in our church! Your faithfulness to give as an act of worship to help us “Spread the Word throughout NWI and the world” is making a difference.

Last Friday a family walked into my office and said, “Please use this to make a difference.” They handed me a check for $10,000 made out to Calvary Church. Tears of joy filled my eyes as I thought about some of our dreams for saving lives in 2014. Wow!

Thank you to everyone who is giving all year long. And please remember that anything we give in 2013, over and above our church budget, we will be using to help big 2014 initiatives like saving the Girls of Guatemala. So let’s finish strong—together!

Can’t wait to worship with you on the third Sunday of Advent. We have a great morning planned to focus on Christ!

Peace,

Lionel

PS. Our 3 services are working very well—though this last Sunday we were out of room at 9:45a. If some of you are able to come to 8:15a or 11:15a it would help make room for more. Thank you!!!
