There are hundreds of kids hearing and experiencing the gospel at Calvary Church this week. I look back on my childhood experiences in church with warm memories. Because of my church, I made a commitment to Jesus, and I wanted to grow up and be like my pastor! The church can transform a child!
Thank you to the more than 100 volunteers who are joyfully serving our children at Calvary this week. Together we are making the gospel attractive (Titus 2.10) not only for our kids but also for the unchurched kids in our community and their parents! Everyone is invited to Family Fun Night tomorrow evening starting at 5:45p. There will be food, there will be fun, and yes, there will be the infamous dunk tank!
I'm working hard on Sunday's exposition, and our worship team will be ready to rock as we enjoy God together with friends old and new. Last Sunday night, I met some amazing new people at a standing-room-only Coffee with the Pastors. And I heard some of your names when we asked, "How did you hear about Calvary?" The church is growing right in the middle of summertime!

Family Fun Night
The Calvary Church family is invited to enjoy Family Fun Night tomorrow, 7.23! Invite your neighbors, family, and friends to join you! We will have games, bounce houses, face-painting, music, and a free hot dog meal for kids (while supplies last). Additional food will be available for purchase. Join us in the Worship Center for the kick-off at 5:45p. All activities will open at 6:15p.
Starting Point Turbo Membership Class
Become a part of our family! Starting Point is Calvary's membership class giving information on what Calvary believes, where it is headed, and why that is important. The class is also designed to connect you with others who are considering making Calvary their home church. Our Starting Point Turbo Membership Class combines a 3-week course into one Saturday morning on 7.25 from 8:30a-12p. Sign-up online HERE.
Children's Ministries Family Sunday
Attention Rock Solid Kids Parents! Sunday, 7.26, will be Family Sunday! We invite you to bring your elementary children with you to the Worship Service to worship with our church family. The nursery and preschool will be open for infants through 5-year-olds (not yet in kindergarten) during all services.
High School Summer Mission Trip: New Orleans
