VALPARAISO, Ind. - Valparaiso-based IT solutions provider Cardinal Point Technologies (CPT) is proud to welcome Keith Thomason to their team. Thomason will serve CPT in the role of Director of Information Security.
“We were extremely selective when filling this position knowing how important this role is to the security of our partner-clients,” said CPT President Grant Andres. “ With a background in systems architecture, network controls, information security and digital forensics, Keith checked all the boxes for the skills we needed. He brings a heavy-hitting skillset to the table that will directly benefit our partner-clients. I’m extremely excited to have Keith on the CPT team.”
In his new role, Thomason will focus heavily on security, working hand-in-hand with clients to educate them on the importance of security, especially as it pertains to their data. In addition, Keith will also perform risk assessments and vulnerability scans to help clients better understand the weak points in their own data environment and then help them employ the proper policies, procedures, and IT solutions to secure their data.

Prior to CPT, Thomason served as a Systems Engineer focusing heavily on IT networking and VoIP phone systems. He also worked with clients to secure their networks and plan IT infrastructure to meet their specific needs.
