Often times while running into Blackbird for a cup of coffee, I've several times bumped into Darlene McCarty Cohn, a local writer and lecturer at PNC. This past Wednesday was no different, only this time, she was joined by her daughter, Rosa. The pair was having breakfast before Rosa headed back to Thomas Jefferson when school resumed, and enjoying a game of UNO.
