Centier Bank appoints Michelle Triggiani to BSA/AML supervisor

Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, is pleased to announce Michelle Triggiani as BSA/AML Supervisor of the bank’s Financial Intelligence Unit.

Triggiani has worked in the banking industry for the past 31 years, serving in several roles including teller, personal banker, junior underwriter, consumer loan specialist, and BSA investigator and officer for community and publicly traded banks.

In her new role, Triggiani supervises the BSA/AML functions for Centier, directly supervising BSA analysts and developing and implementing all aspects of the BSA program, which requires banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to monitor activity that could indicate money laundering.

Triggiani said she is thrilled to join the innovative BSA/AML program at Centier.

“I love to serve the communities I reside and work in,” Triggiani said. “I am extremely passionate about my role and excited to bring my experience to an organization that cares deeply about its clients.”

The Tinley Park, Ill. resident is active in her homeowner’s association and organizes a BSA networking group in the Chicago area which includes more than 65 financial institutions. She also does public outreach efforts in various communities, speaking on elder abuse and common scams.
