CENTURY 21 Alliance Group, Agents Earn Mid-year Production Awards

CENTURY 21 Alliance Group is pleased to announce that the agency and several of its agents recently were awarded with Mid-year Awards from Century 21 Real Estate LLC.

Mid-year Awards are presented to offices, teams and agents on track to receive a yearly award. The following awards were announced at the Valparaiso-based real estate agency’s monthly office meeting at the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce:

-The CENTURY 21 Alliance Group office received the Pacesetter Gold designation, which is awarded to offices on track for the Gold Medallion award at six months. These offices must have earned a minimum of $573,000 Adjusted Gross Commission (AGC) or 127 Awards Units.

-The Jeanne Sommer Team was honored with the Pacesetter Gold award, which is given to teams on track for the CENTURION® award at six months. These teams must have earned a minimum of $132,500 AGC or 45 Awards Units.

-Linda Zyla and Sandra Schaffer both were presented with the Pacesetter Gold award, which recognizes producers on track for the Masters Award program at six months. These producers must have earned a minimum of $49,000-$93,999 AGC or 14-27 Awards Units.
