Recently, Century 21 Alliance Group in Valparaiso received the prestigious Ambassador’s Award, making them one of only 11 offices nationwide that received the Ambassador’s Award this year.

The award is given out to recognize continued success in delivering exceptional quality service while maintaining superior production. The Ambassador Award honors those offices who have achieved the highly sought-after President’s Award five times in the past seven years, including the current awards year. Presented one time only, the award exemplifies Century 21 Alliance Group’s repeated commitment to its customers and the CENTURY 21 System.

“It's such an honor to achieve this award since it is only bestowed upon companies that have both top sales production and outstanding customer service,” said Jeanne Sommer, owner of Century 21 Alliance Group. “We’re proud of the production we’ve had, but the quality service is what we’re most focused on and most proud of.”

The awards are based on production numbers as well as surveys that are given out by Century 21’s corporate office to customers at closings. The awards, which are handed out each year, are based around the agent, team and office feedback contained in those surveys.

“This award, based on surveys that our clients received and filled out, shows the excellent customer service that our agents provided,” Sommer added. “We are very proud to be only one of 11 offices nationwide to win this award.”

Alliance Group agents, and the Quality Service Producers and Pinnacle Producers, that helped make this possible go above and beyond every day to make sure their clients are satisfied. Some of these agents spoke about the Ambassador Award, what it means to them and what makes Century 21 Alliance Group special.

“It feels great, and I’m honored,” said Rick Jolliff from Alliance Group. “It’s always better to give more than what’s expected, and that’s what I try to do. I think we all want to do the right thing for our clients, and we want to make sure that everyone is treated extremely fairly.”

Century 21 Alliance Group’s Bryan Bennett said, “My favorite part about my job is when others feel strongly enough about my quality of service to introduce me to a family member or colleague. Winning this award indicates that my clients are pleased very consistently over a long period of time. I feel this to be the most critical building block of a long term local career. I know that's how our entire group feels. It's part of our office culture and certainly something that sets us apart. You could say that quality service is our point of difference.”

“It feels fantastic!” said Quality Service Pinnacle Producer, Terry L. McCaleb. “One of the toughest aspects of working in the real estate industry is working with so many different people and personalities. Winning the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award means that not only am I able to get my client to the finish line, but that I can understand and adapt to my clients wants and needs in order to provide them with a very personalized experience.”

“It is important to me that my clients feel engaged in their transaction and have the support and knowledge they need to feel confident and excited about their sale or purchase,” added McCaleb.

In working as an agent with Century 21, Linda Fillippo is very proud of the way that the Alliance Group values quality service.

“I have always felt that providing the best service possible for my clients is the most important part of my job,” Fillippo said. “Having happy and satisfied clients is what encourages me to do better, and I certainly appreciate that Century 21 recognizes the importance of that.”

“One of the reasons I was first drawn to Jeanne Sommer and Alliance Group was that I knew of her commitment to client satisfaction,” Fillippo added. “She has always emphasized the importance of going above and beyond for our clients. I truly believe the mission of Alliance Group will always be to provide service for it's clients even long after the transaction has closed. Making that our first priority will lead to success in many forms. I am proud and happy to be a part of this type of culture.

Quality Service Producer, Natalie Meyne, added, “The culture at Century 21 Alliance Group is one of customer service, dedication and family values. We strive to treat our clients, as well as each other, like we would want to treat our families. By becoming part of the Alliance family, it's clear that we want your home buying or selling experience to be as smooth as possible. This is an integral part of why we were awarded the Ambassador's Award. Our clients have responded year after year that our customer service is one that can't be beat!”

Roxanne Chayhitz, a Quality Service Pinnacle Producer with Alliance Group, was humbled by the awards she has received both personally and as a team and office.

“I am honored to receive this prestigious award, and it is very humbling,” Chayhitz said. “The overwhelmingly positive feedback I received from my clients is just amazing. I work hard in making a difference within the industry by supporting, listening and helping my client achieve what they are looking for when buying or selling a home. This is one of the most important decisions a person will make, and I want to make sure they are making the right decision for them. They really start to become family through the process.”

“The dedication we have in trying to provide the best service available in Indiana shows year after year with this award,” she added. “We all work very hard to stand out in the industry. Through continual education and the commitment of our Office Manager Kathy Bowgren and Owner Jeanne Sommer, I believe we will continue receiving awards like this for many more years to come. At the end of the day, our priority is to take care of our clients, and this shows in our receiving this award.”

Chayhitz was also the sole recipient of the Century 21 - Masters Ruby award for her consistently high production, quality service and dedication. She described the award as, “Something I would not have achieved if it was not for all my amazing clients who believed and trusted in me and shared my abilities with friends, family and many of my clients' colleagues.”
