According to the latest real estate market data, more homes sold in Tower Meadows for a higher price in less time this year compared to the previous year. The number of homes sales nearly doubled from 4 to 11, while the sales price rose from $161,375 to $184,318. In addition, the days a home was listed on the market reduced drastically from 204 to 71 days.
Data reflects the sale of single-family existing homes and is courtesy of the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors. Data was collected from October 1, 2012 to September 20, 2013 and compared to October 1, 2011 to September 20, 2012.
