Century 21 Alliance Group Star Agents Honored with Invitation to ‘Top Agent Retreat’ in the Bahamas this Fall

Century 21 Alliance Group is continually one of the top real estate companies in the region and an award-winning organization within the greater Century 21 Real Estate LLC. For all of their hard work and dedication to providing the best service to home buyers and sellers, Century 21 is hosting an annual Top Agent Retreat this October at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas and two Alliance Group agents, Roxanne Chayhitz and Natalie Worstell, met the qualifications and have been invited to join in this year’s incredible event.

Century 21 has an extensive awards and recognition program which rewards exceptional, top-producing agents each year. To qualify to attend the annual Top Agent Retreat, sales associates must meet a minimum of $126,000 in annual gross income or 33 units in 2016.

Chayhitz has been with Alliance Group for three years now. Since she made the career switch from construction and facilities management to join the team in Valparaiso, she’s hit the ground running by taking home honors and accolades each year that she’s been with the company.

“It’s exciting and an honor, and it’s great to see hard work and dedication pay off,” she said. “Studying the real estate market daily and sharing my expertise with clients, and potential clients, was a big part of me being successful in 2016.”

Through her abilities to communicate and provide exceptional service, Chayhitz has found that clients find their way to her. From new referrals to repeat clients, she’s built her business one relationship at a time, and her hard work has paid off with an invitation to this year’s Top Agent Retreat.

“Building relationships within my sphere and with new clients is incredibly important,” added Chayhitz. “Because of my background, I’ve been so blessed to have a big sphere of potential clients around me.”

For Chayhitz and Worstell, their managers and fellow agents have had a tremendous impact on developing themselves into the agents that they are today.

“The dedication of owner, Jeanne Sommer, who is as involved as you want her to be in your business, and office manager, Kathy Bowgren, who spends relentless hours with individual agents, is incredible,” Chayhitz said. “We meet every other week to cover marketing plans for homes and for myself, and we have group meetings that are available to anyone every week. There are a lot of learning opportunities, and if I didn’t have that support, I don’t think I would be as successful.”

“We’re like a family,” Chayhitz said when reflecting on her fellow agents at Alliance Group. “The agents here provide amazing support as well. Different things arise, and we’re all here to try to help each other.”

When speaking about being invited to this year’s Top Agent Retreat, Worstell reflected, “To me, it means that I was determined and persistent. I feel I always need to be learning, resourceful, and focused on trends to help the clients I serve.”

“It is exciting to be recognized because it shows how dedicated I am to my clients,” added Worstell. “It’s an honor to represent clients during a purchase and/or sale because it is such a life changing time for people. I like helping make the process fun and enjoyable.”

For Worstell, the tools at her fingertips have helped her to flourish in her over seven years with Century 21 Alliance Group. Along with the advances in technology, the training and support that is made available to her has had a great impact on her success.

“Technology and social media have allowed me to get information to my clients quickly,” she said. “I need to be disciplined and available for my clients. Inventory is down so knowledge of the market and delivering information to my clients right away takes planning and dedication. My clients are very important to me, and I make time for them!”

“I am truly blessed to have such an amazing manager and broker owner that care about me, my clients and our community,” Worstell added in speaking about Alliance Group managers and owner, Jeanne Sommer.

“Our training program sets us apart. We need to stay on top of what is going on in our market and the changes that are occurring in our industry, so we train weekly. I have a great group of coworkers that I call friends. We are very supportive of each other and the other wonderful agents in our community. I am glad I can say that I love what I do for a living! Century 21 Alliance is a huge support to my business.”

This Top Agent Retreat is, for Worstell and Chayhitz, a recognition and an opportunity.

“In addition to receiving the Top Agent Award with other Century 21 agents, there will be seminars and other fun learning opportunities,” Worstell described. “There will be plenty of time to mingle with other agents and spend time with family and friends!”

“There are lots of meet-and-greet opportunities with top agents from throughout Century 21 who will be attending,” Chayhitz added. “There are learning opportunities, seminars, award ceremonies and dinners. I’m really looking forward to it.”
