Chill Out at Lubeznik Center’s September First Fridays @ 5 After Hours Open House

Peter-AglinskasChill out to the cool guitar stylings of award-winning guitarist, Peter Aglinskas, plus Dilly Bars, courtesy of Jack’s Dairy Queen in Lake Station, IN at Lubeznik Center for the Arts' First Fridays @ 5 open house.

Recipient of the Chicago Cultural Department’s “Artists International” Award, Aglinskas possesses a vast repertoire, ranging from jazz and soul to traditional Spanish and flamenco. His signature fingerstyle guitar arrangements have been delighting audiences for more than two decades.

Michigan City's Uptown Arts District opens its doors each month offering opportunities to view art, mix and mingle in a casual setting. Current exhibitions at Lubeznik Center include Text Messages and Melissa Jay Craig: Transcriptions. Gallery Shop manager, Esther Guncheon's art car, painted at August's First Friday event, will also be on display. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. (Central). Visit www.lubeznikcenter.org for more information.
