CHS Students Raising Funds for Children Around the World

CHS-2012-Operation-Christmas-ChildIn an effort to showcase student talents and teach them about volunteering to help other people, Chesterton High School art teacher Dan Vidt has continued to get students involved in an ongoing program to help others. Each year the students pick a project to raise funds for and make projects during their free time.

This final fundraising project will benefit Operation Christmas Child, an international relief project of Samaritan's Purse. These students made and personalized several ceramic cookie jars, lamps, clocks, cups for staff and family raising $220 in donations.
