City of Crown Point, Hometown Jams Partner for Series of Concerts

Tickets are now on sale for the second Hometown Jams concert in  partnership with the City of Crown Point.

Up-and-coming country star Cooper Alan will take the stage of the Franciscan Health  Amphitheatre at Bulldog Park on Thursday, Aug. 3.

Alan has independently built a fanbase of more than 10 million followers, earning more  than 200 million streams on his music. His hit singles include “New Normal,” “Tough Ones,”  “Colt 45 (Country Remix),” “Can’t Dance,” and more. He was named a 2022 “Next Big Thing”  artist by Music Row Magazine.

The Winston Salem, North Carolina, native started his record label, Cooped Up Records, in  2021, translating his social media following into high-energy, live shows that have sold out  venues across the county.

“The City of Crown Point is excited to partner with Hometown Jams to expand our concerts  at Bulldog Park,” Crown Point Mayor Pete Land said. “We have hosted our Summer Concert  Series featuring local bands and artists for three years. This new partnership with  Hometown Jams allows us to broaden the music scene at Bulldog Park while continuing to  host our free Summer Concert Series featuring local acts.”

Tyrus Joseforsky, founder of Hometown Jams and CEO of Flight Levelz Entertainment, said  Hometown Jams strives to include at least one local artist at every concert. Of the 23 shows  Hometown Jams has hosted, 18 have featured local acts.

“That is what Hometown Jams is all about — giving back to your hometown and giving local  artists exposure and a place to shine,” he said.

Crown Point has proven to be one of Hometown Jams’ best-selling markets thus far,  Joseforsky pointed out, noting demand for both concerts planned for Bulldog Park has  been “fantastic.”

“Crown Point has been a target market for us for a while now,” Joseforsky said. “Being able  to secure this partnership with the City — and the City being so accommodating and willing  to work with us — has really been a great experience so far. We’re super pumped about it  and can’t wait to get some shows under our belt in Crown Point.”

Country artist Chris Janson also is slated to perform at the Franciscan Health Amphitheatre at Bulldog Park on Sunday, June 25.

A proud member of the Grand Ole Opry, Janson is a multi-platinum songwriter and artist who is a part of country’s new breed. He has had many No. 1 hits, including “Fix A Drink,”  “Good Vibes,” and the triple platinum “Buy Me A Boat.” He is a County Music Association

Awards Song of the Year nominee and Academy of Country Music Awards Video of the Year winner. Tickets for both concerts are available online at hometownjams.com.
