Communication expert Michael Angelo Caruso to headline IU Northwest Business Alliance Luncheon

rot1On Thursday, April 18, Michael Angelo Caruso, communication consultant, author, and motivational speaker, will present the keynote address at the Indiana University Northwest School of Business and Economics (SOBE) 2019 Business Alliance Luncheon at Avalon Manor, 3550 East U.S. Route 30 in Merrillville. Doors open at 11 a.m. and lunch is served promptly at 11:30 a.m.

Caruso’s address, entitled “Presentation is Everything: Make the Most of the First 15 Seconds,” will focus on the importance of presentation as a way for leaders and salespeople to excel.

Michael Angelo Caruso teaches presentation skills – and everything is a presentation. Founder and President of Edison House, an international consulting firm specializing in corporate and personal improvement, Michael is an entertaining speaker who draws on a previous career in the telecommunications industry and a decade as a professional musician.

Caruso has delivered more than 2,000 presentations and keynote speeches on the subjects of leadership, selling, and Internet marketing. He is the author of “5 Cool Ideas” books, an audio book on legacy, titled “Dear Michael Angelo,” the “Fast Learner Audio” series, and the “Present Like a Pro” DVD.

The annual event serves as a fundraiser to benefit the School of Business and Economics, accredited by the prestigious Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB). It also serves to connect the students and faculty of the business school with members of the local business community.
