Free Baby Class
New parents can take our free Taking Care of Baby class which covers basic baby care on Dec. 1 from 6:00-8:45 p.m., at the Community Hospital Outpatient Centre, located at 9660 Wicker Ave., St. John, Ind.

Lights of Life
Each brilliant light on the Lights of Life trees at Community Hospital shine in honor or memory of the special people who light up our lives. For every light, a $5.00 donation has been made to support cancer research at the hospital. For a $15.00 donation, a crystal pink breast cancer awareness pin, a crystal lavender cancer awareness pin or a hope lapel pin can be sent.

Donors and their honorees are invited to attend the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Dec. 3 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Community Hospital located at 901 MacArthur Blvd., Munster, Ind.

Free Cholesterol Class
Interventional Cardiologist Jay Pandhi, MD, discusses the consequences of high cholesterol and its role in coronary artery disease. Cholesterol: The Good, Bad & Ugly will be held on Dec. 4 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Community Hospital Fitness Pointe located at 9950 Calumet Avenue, Munster, Ind.
