The Diversity Summit Task Force, appointed by Mayor Jon Costas and Valparaiso University President Mark Heckler, is inviting the greater Valparaiso community to participate in a survey polling local perception of diversity and inclusion in Valparaiso. The survey, entitled “A Snapshot of Diversity and Inclusion in 2011,” was designed to establish a baseline to measure progress towards becoming a more welcoming and inclusive community. The survey will be open for participation through March 1, 2011. A link to the survey is also available on the Porter County Community Foundation website at www.portercountyfoundation.org
