Once again, the weather is warming, the days are lasting longer, and all around town; students young and old are rejoicing that they have graduated! ValpoLife.com wants to help you congratulate your graduate in a very special way. Whether they have just stumbled out of kindergarten, or have boldly walked on stage to receive their high school or college diploma, let us help you tell them "Great Job!" in a very special way.

For the next few weeks, ValpoLife.com will be hosting stories with pictures about graduates young and old on our site. I encourage each and everyone of you to reach out to someone special in your life and tell them congratulations.

You can either email us these photos directly at photos@valpolife.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or if you are a member of the site, you can upload them directly by going to our Photo Upload page, and include a short note with the photo(s) that you upload. If you only have a photo in physical form, you can send it to us with your note and we will return it once we can scan it and load it up.

It is completely free to participate and it is the perfect opportunity to let them know how proud you are of them. Academic achievements are not taken lightly and are hard work to earn, so lets give our students a hip hip hooray and a hearty pat on the back.

We have a list of businesses that are already going to be awarding prizes for what we pick as the best or most unique submissions, and we are encouraging all businesses and organizations in Valpo that would like to give out an award of any kind or size to give us a call at 219-707-5023 or email me at with whatever they would like to provide. This is not only a great way to congratulate the academia of Valparaiso, but a very cost-effective way to market to the Valparaiso community, and show all of Valpo your support for these bright students. We will be promoting the winners of these promotions on the site and in the newsletter, both this week and next.

We all know a neighbor, a friend of the family, sibling, spouse, son or daughter, or colleague who has just finished a part of their education. Education is a major part in our life, and though we might graduate and become specialists in our own area, we never stop learning. Let's congratulate those Valpo students who are getting ready to take the next big step into their lifes.
