Ofc. Smulski has been an officer with our agency for 7 years and is currently assigned to our Uniformed Patrol Division. He was selected by his peers to represent our department due to his leadership and exceptional work ethic he brings to his job every day. Mike is known to lead by example and always represents our City and agency in the most professional manner. He is one of the first officers to volunteer for added assignments particularly those in our Community Policing Programs. He also is known by many of our elementary school students as one of the officers that visits with the kids before school as a way to help foster the police department's commitment to our City's youths. Simply, Mike is an employee and officer that every Chief loves to have working with them.
