Dodgeball League Registration Is Open Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana’s Duneland, Portage, South Haven and Valparaiso Clubs

BGC-NWI-Dodgeball-League-Promo-2019Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana’s Duneland, Portage, South Haven and Valparaiso Clubs are offering league registration for Spring Dodgeball. Registration is open now at the Duneland, Portage and Valparaiso Clubs, with the South Haven Club’s registration beginning on March 1. Most of the Club leagues will begin April 9 through May 16; with the Valparaiso Club’s league beginning April 1 through May 4, 2019; and Portage Club’s League beginning on April 8 through May 24. Duneland Club:
Duneland Club’s Dodgeball League Age Divisions include:

  • Biddy: Ages 5 - 7
  • Junior: Ages 8 - 10
  • Senior: Ages 11-14

Skills testing for each league division is: April 2 for Biddy League; April 3 for Junior League; and April 4 for Senior League. All skills testing for each league will begin at 6 pm at the Club.

Portage and South Haven Clubs:
Age divisions for our Portage and South Haven Clubs are:

  • Biddy: Ages 6 – 7 (Ages 5 – 7 for the South Haven Club)
  • Junior: Ages 8 - 10
  • Senior: Ages 11-14

Valparaiso Club:

  • Junior: Ages 8 - 10
  • Senior: Ages 11-14

Mandatory Skills testing for each league division will take place on March 21 with Juniors beginning at 5 pm and Seniors beginning at 5:30 pm.

All Spring Dodgeball schedules and rosters will be posted online at bgcgreaternwi.org prior to the first week of practice. In addition to the $35 league fee ($30 for the Valparaiso Club), Boys & Girls Club membership is required for league registration. Annual membership is $35 per child. Additionally, if a league jersey is needed, a fee of $15 will be applied. Fee assistance may be available. Some Clubs are holding “early bird” registrations offering a $5 discount.
