A recent study conducted by The Ohio State University suggests that consuming strawberries may help prevent human esophageal cancer – in addition to many other nutritional benefits. Strawberries balance electrolytes, lower cholesterol, blood pressure and risk of heart disease, and may even prevent some types of birth defects. Who knew such a small piece of sweetness could do so much?!
