$50 Rewards Being Offered when Motorists Report a DUI
Officers throughout Porter County, including Valparaiso will be working extra DUI enforcement during the upcoming July 4th weekend.
The Porter County Drunk Driving Task Force and the Governor’s Council on Impaired and Dangerous Driving will be funding extra patrols during the holiday weekend.
The Porter County Drunk Driving Task Force will once again offer a $50 reward to any motorist that calls and reports a drunk driver that results in an impaired driving arrest. Individuals reporting the impaired driver will need to provide their contact information.
The Porter County Drunk Driving Task Force and the Governor’s Council on Impaired and Dangerous Driving are encouraging everybody to drink responsibly, plan ahead and wear your seat belt this holiday weekend.
