Beginning October 1, join us on Monday evenings at 6:00 pm or Wednesday mornings at 9:00 for an organized run and information session free of charge. The run portion ranges from 3 to 6 miles at various paces. The "Know" is at the conclusion of the group run.
Extra Mile Fitness Company provides guest speakers, product demonstrations, or licensed trainers. Each week will address a topic, new technology, or fitness specialist to assist you in becoming the best athlete you can be. We hope to see you benefit from our complementary sessions.
