Fitness Studio coming soon to Lincoln Ridge Plaza in Schererville
F45 Training, a national fitness studio with over 1700 studios in 45 countries, is coming soon to Schererville. The studio will be located at 150-200 W. Lincoln Highway, in the Lincoln Ridge Plaza, next to The Zone Nutrition. The studio will be run by local franchisees who currently have locations in both Crown Point and Valparaiso, IN. Renovations will begin immediately with plans to open in the 1st Quarter of 2021.
F45 Training offers a 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training workout class. The classes provide a personal training experience in a group setting. There are currently 36 different 45-minute workouts with many more underway. The workouts are created from a database of over 4,000 different exercises, making sure that members never do the same workout twice. F45 makes sure to incorporate all different kinds of fitness into the workouts so that your fitness will never plateau or level off.
Brett McDermott, of Latitude Commercial, represented F45 Training in the lease transaction. “We’ve been looking in Schererville for a while now and thought this was a perfect location.
