On a beautiful Sunday morning, princesses and superheroes gathered at JAK'S Warehouse in Schererville for some fun and games. It was the second Character Brunch that JAK's has held and it was just as wonderful and successful as the first.
Characters like Cinderella, Elsa and Anna, Snow White, Captain America, Spiderman, and a special guest came out for a visit. They hung out with the kids, signed autographs, took pictures with them, sang songs, and more! VIP ticket holders were able to have a brunch with the characters earlier in the day.
"Little girls and boys get to dress up as their favorite princess or superhero and they get to meet the characters and watch them perform,"Jordyn Dash, Marketing and Sales Director for JAK'S Warehouse said. "We know that our demographic that comes in here is between seven and fourteen, and I know that when I was that age I was obsessed with princesses so this is something I would have wanted to do. We have a great turnout and all the kids love it."
Miniature versions of Batman and Cinderella ran happily around JAK's Warehouse, trying out the fun games and other attractions like bumper cars, laser tag, mini golf, go-karts, Baloocity, and Sky Trail. Parents watched on happily as their kids met their favorite characters and snapped away on their cameras to capture the moments.
Courtney Aguilera brought her daughter to the event because she is quite enamored with Elsa and Anna.
"Her aunt bought her the tickets for her birthday," she said. "This is great to get everyone together and let kids take part in some fun stuff."
