Vacation Bible School at Faith Memorial Lutheran Church this year is intergenerational. Everyone – from infants to grandparents - can come experience the fun. We’ll form “family” groups of ten or less, and then assign a trained family leader. We all gather to sing, then break into the family groups to have devotions, rotate through hearing Joseph’s story, play games, visit the Marketplace, and end each day by discussing what you’ve experienced and how you’ve seen God work in your lives. We anticipate that the interactions between old and young throughout the program will provide an excellent opportunity for everyone to experience spiritual growth.
Egypt- Joseph’s Journey from Prison to Palace will take place at Faith Memorial Lutheran Church, 753 N. Calumet Ave., Valparaiso (in Liberty Township) beginning Monday, July 5, and continuing through Friday, July 9, 6:00-8:30pm. Supper will be severed downstairs each night at 6:00, with the program starting upstairs at 6:30.
