Family is What Drives Thomas KIA Sales Manager Daenen Badie

daenen1-1Family is everything to Thomas KIA of Highland Sales Manager, Daenen Badie, and when you ask him what he likes about Thomas KIA, or why he’s been with the Thomas Auto Group since 1992, that’s the first answer you’ll get.

“It feels like a family when I come into work,” says Badie. “I love coming into the office everyday. Everyone is always so positive and we keep the attitude happy here.”

And when you ask Badie the secret to Thomas KIA’s success, you’ll get the same answer.

“Family,” explains Badie. “Our customers love coming into the store because we take that same mentality of family and togetherness and treat them like they’re one of ours.”

Family, Badie explains, means treating each and every person that walks through their door like it was one of their loved ones coming in, and providing customer service that is truly attentive to what the customer wants and what they can afford.

And the end result when someone buys a car, Badie says, is not just another satisfied customer but a new addition to the Thomas KIA family.

“When you treat someone like family then next thing you know they’re coming back,” says Badie. “And then they’re coming back with another member of the family to check out a car.”

Because taking care of Northwest Indiana means a lot to a lifelong Northwest Indiana resident like Badie, a graduate of Valparaiso High School and proud Viking.

And in Badie’s free time? Well, you guessed it, he likes to spend time with his family and enjoys quality time spent with his son and girlfriend.
