The latest real estate data from the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors shows sales and prices up and the number of days on the market down in Emerald Ridge in 2012, when compared to the same time period, January 1 through August 31, in 2011.
During this time period, 14 residential sales were completed in 2012 compared to 8 residential sales in 2011. Additionally, the average residential sale price rose more than $10,000 from $257,100 in 2011 to $267,921 in 2012, and the average days on the market decreased nearly 100 days from 166 days in 2011 to just 68 in 2012.
