Fiddlehead, the Michigan City restaurant with unique dishes made with local meats and ingredients, got an online makeover with the launch of their new website at http://www.fiddleheadmc.com!
The new site makes it easy to see their eclectic menu with locally-sourced food, including several vegan and gluten free options. In fact, there are over 20 items on the menu for those with a vegan diet and more than 20 gluten free options as well.
"Grass-fed and local just tastes delicious," Mary Koselke, co-owner of Fiddlehead told Ideas in Motion Media. "That's primary in the restaurant business. We want the food to taste as good as it can possibly taste."
While the online look may be new, Fiddlehead still promises the same great food and service diners are accustomed to at Fiddlehead.
"We are local business people and love locals to come into our establishment," added Aaron O'Reilly, co-owner of Fiddlehead.
Also among the changes, you can find daily specials, catering and party information, and you can download a take-home menu so you can keep it handy when you are looking to pick up lunch, dinner for you or your co-workers and family. You can also read the story behind Fiddlehead, a community-minded training hub for veterans, serving fresh and locally sourced food and drink.
