The Valparaiso High School girls’ tennis team tied with the Chesterton Trojans and Michigan City Wolves for the first-place crown in the 2010-11 DAC season.
Viking Kelly Kennedy was named to the All-Conference #1 Singles team along with Bobbi Modesto (Chesterton), Carly Bermes (Portage), Brooke Foltz (Michigan City), Kelsey Sajdera (Merrillville), and Hilary Frye (LaPorte).
The Vikings also had Alison Hauser and Lauren Kammerer as All-Conference selections to the #1 Doubles team along with Ashleigh Ellenwood and Lauren Palmer from Michigan City.
