Five Vikings Make All-Conference Boys Soccer Team

vhs-boys-soccer1Luke Kovar, Andrew Fletcher, Brandon Sutherland, Nate Dawson and Jared Bradley all made the All Duneland Athletic Conference Boys Soccer Team in 2013 for Valparaiso High School, which finished second in conference behind champion Crown Point.

Crown Point also had five members on the All-DAC team, with Connor Keaveney, Bay Kurtz, Carmelo Morales, Stojan Krsteski and Spase Dorsuleski making the squad. Morales was named the DAC's most valuable player.

Also represented on the conference team was Ben Schaefer, Nate Johnson and Matt Ford of Portage; Billy Biehl, John Ward, Jared O'Dell and Caleb Gmyrek of Chesterton; Jacob K. Lindsey, Jonathan Aaron and Carter Huber of La Porte; Bradley Brack and Chiamara Anokwute of Merrillville; Jorge Trujillo of Lake Central and Erik Stevenson of Michigan City.
