For the fifth consecutive year, Indiana University Northwest recognized as a 2022 Best of Business award winner in multiple categories

Gary, Ind. – Indiana University Northwest was recently selected as a 2022 Best of Business Northwest Indiana honoree in two categories by readers of Northwest Indiana Business Magazine:

  • Best university to attain an MBA
  • Best university online degree program

The Best of Business awards program is conducted each year by the magazine to recognize businesses and institutions that excel and promote excellence in innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership in the region. This is the fifth year in a row that Indiana University Northwest has been selected as the winner in both categories.

“To be recognized any year is an honor, but to be named as a best university five years in a row is an outstanding achievement,” said IU Northwest Chancellor Ken Iwama. “We are proud to have been singled out by the business community for the high-quality education and strong academic experience we provide to our students, many of whom continue to live and work in the region post-graduation.”

Honorees were chosen by readers in an online voting process, which began in January and concluded in February. Dozens of businesses and organizations were recognized with 60 awards across six distinct categories in two regions: Northwest Indiana and Michiana.
