The Chesterton/Duneland Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Sunrise Seminar at 9:00 am at Riley’s Railhouse in Chesterton on Thursday, March 1st. The event is free to attend and open to the public, and will feature a catered breakfast and presentation by The Waters of Duneland CEO Glenn Wagner. Mr. Wagner will be sharing valuable insights on selecting nursing care facilities and payment options.
The Waters of Duneland has received distinguished ratings from both the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Indiana State Department of Health. The former awarded The Waters of Duneland a four-star rating; one of only two nursing facilities to receive the rating out of 33 facilities in Lake, Porter and La Porte Counties. The later organization ranked The Waters of Duneland #2 out of the 33 area facilities.
Sunrise Seminars, held the first Thursday of each month at Riley’s Railhouse, offer informal networking opportunities and presentations by Chamber member experts. Riley’s Railhouse is located at 123 N. 4th Street in downtown Chesterton. Registration is required, as seating is limited.
