The Valpo Parks Department has instructional opportunities for adults of all skill levels. Classes are instructed by Nancy Bender, LPGA teaching professional at Creekside Golf Course and Training Center.
Fore Ladies Only Clinics
These one hour clinics allow you to experience instruction ‘hands-on’ with other ladies to either refresh or expand basic skills, with a different aspect of the game addressed weekly. High school age young players are welcome to participate. Class is on Mondays at 8 AM and tuition is $15 plus range balls. Topics for July:

Get Golf Ready
These two-hour Saturday clinics are available to players who have taken any previous beginner’s class. Each clinic reviews the techniques of one short game and one long game skill. Players of both genders are welcome to register for each clinic. Class size is limited to 6 participants. Tuition is $35 for each 2 hour clinic, plus the price of range balls. Pre-registration required.

Pro-Eye on the Golf Guy
Guys, have you reached a ‘mid-season’ lull? This 2-day, 2-hour class will get you back on track. Full swing is addressed on the first day and the short game during the second day. Class is Tuesday, August 7 and Thursday, August 9 at 3 PM. Tuition price is $60 for the 4 hours plus range balls. Pre-registration is a must.
