Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service and the Northwest Indiana Floriculture Association will co-sponsor an educational program for people in the plant nursery, greenhouse, and retail garden center businesses on Thursday, March 14, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT at Blooming Acres, 9818 N. 150 W., Lake Village, Indiana.
On March 14th the program will begin with a tour of Blooming Acres Greenhouses. Refreshments and the business meeting will follow the tour. Martin Sickafoose, Director of Purdue University Marketing and Media, will share tips about how to build a social profile and advertise on Facebook. Those interested are encouraged to bring the person who manages their website and social media accounts.
