Bring the whole family to the Valparaiso Family YMCA for Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 17 and help us ACTIVATE AMERICA! 
Healthy Kids Day is one component of Activate America, a nationwide YMCA initiative to promote health and fitness to all. From 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, several fun and activities opportunities will activate your whole family. Wear gym shoes and bring your bathing suits. Light healthy snacks will be served and families are welcome to bring a lunch to enjoy in our Gathering Area. The program is free and open to everyone.
